What changed
Bilt launched an Equinox partnership on September 28 that lets members join, manage, and pay for an Equinox membership in the Bilt app, with a choice of 10,000 Bilt Points or a complimentary service for new memberships. Equinox members can also redeem Bilt Cash twice annually for $75 to $150 in credits, depending on Bilt status, toward specified fitness and wellness services.
Loyalty and rewards implications
Bilt is extending its financial-behavior rewards ecosystem into a recurring lifestyle membership, combining acquisition, app-based servicing, and tier-differentiated redemption. Banks and credit unions can draw on this approach by connecting reward currency to recurring member needs and partner services, while setting clear expiry, eligibility, and cost controls.
