What changed
Bilt expanded its Qatar Airways Privilege Club partnership so eligible U.S. cardholders can earn 3 Avios per $1 on up to $50,000 in annual rent payments processed through Bilt. The benefit adds direct partner-currency earning to Bilt's existing 1:1 points-transfer relationship with Qatar Airways.
Loyalty and rewards implications
A major recurring household expense is becoming an aspirational travel-reward event. Credit unions can similarly reward direct deposit, loan payments, savings milestones, balance growth, and other recurring financial behaviours while giving members more choice over where earned value goes.
