Delta turns AI-powered Concierge into a benefit for every SkyMiles member

What changed

Delta expanded Delta Concierge to all SkyMiles members through the Fly Delta app. The AI-powered assistant uses trip and loyalty context to support flight status, disruption rebooking, cancellations, refunds or eCredits, bag tracking, mileage balances, status, and Medallion Qualification Dollar progress.

Loyalty and rewards implications

Delta is defining loyalty value as better service and convenience, not only points. Credit unions can use membership and relationship data to unlock more useful digital experiences, surface accumulated value, and guide each member toward the next relevant action.
