What changed
Desjardins will modernize its credit card management system from October 12 to 20. Card purchases, payments, and regular transactions will continue, but cardholders will not be able to redeem or modify cash back and BONUSDOLLARS during the maintenance window.

A temporary redemption outage at Canada's largest cooperative financial group is a material loyalty-service event, even when cards remain usable.
