What changed, why it matters, and what leaders should watch.
What changed
Metro Credit Union published its exclusive Massachusetts partnership with CUSO Traduality on August 23, 2026. The $3.2 billion credit union says all 18 branches have Fire Lingo Face-to-Face tablets and its back-office teams can use Fire Lingo Cloud to tailor documents, marketing, digital experiences, and education to members’ preferred languages. The partners also plan to develop future contact-center integration.
Loyalty and rewards implications
Language-relevant service and outreach can reduce friction at acquisition, onboarding, and support moments for non-English-preferring members, where trust and comprehension shape retention. For Cyder, this is a concrete signal that personalized loyalty journeys should support culturally relevant communications and accessible reward education across branch, contact center, and digital channels.
