Rove adds JetBlue TrueBlue as a 1:1 transfer partner

Development analysis

What changed, why it matters, and what leaders should watch.

What changed

Rove announced on October 15 that members can now transfer Rove Miles to JetBlue TrueBlue at a 1:1 ratio and search TrueBlue award availability within Rove. The launch includes a 20% transfer bonus through November 14, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET, and TrueBlue becomes Rove's 22nd listed transfer partner.

Loyalty and rewards implications

The partnership gives a non-card travel-rewards currency a direct path into a major U.S. airline program, increasing consumer choice for moving everyday shopping and travel rewards into airfare. Banks and credit unions should treat flexible-transfer ecosystems as competition for card-led engagement, particularly where their own rewards programs lack a clear airline redemption path or simple value proposition.
